All-in — no reward budget to fund.
Most recognition tools quote a platform fee, then ask you to fund a separate per-employee rewards budget on top — the software is the smaller half of the bill. Worth Noting has no rewards marketplace, no points to bankroll, and nothing to redeem, so the seat price is the whole cost.
That's the honest math of employee recognition without rewards: one number, per person, and the appreciation itself is free.

Questions, answered plainly
- What does “all-in” mean?
- The seat price is the entire cost of the program. Because Worth Noting has no rewards marketplace, there are no gift cards to fund, no points to bankroll, and no separate per-employee rewards budget — the line item most recognition programs quietly double on.
- Is the Free tier a trial?
- No. Up to 10 users, Free is the full product, permanently: recognition, the graph, every lens, and values configuration. It exists so small teams can run the real thing.
- What’s the difference between annual and monthly billing?
- Team is $4 per user per month when billed annually, or $5 per user month-to-month. Same product either way.
- How do I buy the Organization plan?
- You don’t check out — you talk to us. Organization plans (SSO/SAML, multiple teams, priority support, onboarding) are set up together, so the rollout fits how your company actually works.
