How Worth Noting works
One screen, two panels: a calm feed where recognition is written, and a living graph where it accumulates into something you can see. That's the whole peer recognition platform — no dashboards to babysit, no campaigns to run.
The two-panel experience
A calm, chronological feed
Recognitions appear in the order they happen — no algorithm, no likes, no comment threads to perform in. The composer sits at the top with a gentle observation prompt. Writing one takes about thirty seconds: who, what you noticed, and optionally which company value it expressed.
A living constellation of the company
Every recognition draws a thread between two people, colored by the value it carried. Threads thicken as pairs keep noticing each other. People grow with the breadth of recognition they give — never with how much they receive. Post one and you watch your thread draw itself in.
Lenses: one network, many readings
A lens filters the feed and the graph together, so the two views never disagree. Same people, same recognitions — different questions answered. (Try them live on the home-page demo.)
By value
Color the network by your company values and see which ones live in daily behavior — and which only live on the wall.
By department
Cluster the constellation into teams. In-team threads tighten; the bridges between departments stay visible.
Cross-functional
Keep only the recognition that crosses a team boundary — the connective tissue most orgs can’t see at all.
Per-person
Focus on one person and their neighborhood: who they notice, who notices them, and where their reach extends.
Timeframe: your team’s history of noticing
The graph defaults to the last 30 days — recent enough to feel alive. Widen the window to a quarter, a year, or everything, and watch the constellation fill in. It’s a quiet, honest record of how the team held together over time, and it makes a better retro artifact than any survey.
The quiet details
Magic-link sign-in
No passwords to create, forget, or reset. People click a link in their work email and they're in.
Your values, your colors
Admins define the company values and their colors — the graph speaks your language, not ours.
Your data stays yours
Export and backup are built in. Every recognition your team writes belongs to your team.
